Service Directory search misses results

Hi,

I’ve tried using the new service directory layout in PD and I find the search to be very poor vs. the old implmentation. For example, igf I want to find my servicenow test servcies in my insatnce usiong the old layout I can just search “servicenow” and I get 4 results:

The same search in Service Directory gives zero rsults:

https://instance.pagerduty.com/service-directory?direction=desc&query=servicenow&sort_by=score&team_ids=all

I also find the fact the search overs name and description to give a lot of false positives - I’d prefer an option to choose my target.

Anyone else had similar issues, or am I missing something obvious?

Hi @skampsta, thanks for reaching out about this. I did a bit of digging and found out that this is an issue unique to your account stemming from a subscription change a while back.

We have an internal ticket that will fix this, and we will follow up with you via email once this is done. In the meantime, I would recommend using the old service view for the time being. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and apologies for the inconvenience here!
